A Domain Name is your very own website address on the internet. Your customers will be able to find your website by typing your Domain Name. For example, www.gogiro.com will bring customers to the Gogiro Website.

How long is the Domain valid for?
With Gogiro, your domain is valid for 1 to 5 years (depending on the plan you choose). We will contact you 60 days before it expires to remind you to renew. Thus, it's extremely important to ensure that your contact email is always up to date and to notify us of any changes.

What is Web Hosting?
Web hosting is the process of storing and publishing your site on the internet. You require Web Hosting in order for others around the world to view your website on the world-wide-web.

How do I pay my bills?
We offer a convenient pre-authorized monthly payments or annual payments to best suit your needs.

How can I get my website registered with internet search engines like Google and Yahoo?

What are your Domain Name Servers (DNS)?
Once you're a Gogiro Web Hosting customer, you can login into your existing domain account to manage your domain name servers. These should be changed to our DNS servers;

What is Domain Parking?
Domain Parking is a Gogiro service that allows you to choose a domain name and reserve it without having a website. This ensures that nobody else is able to claim your domain. Once your website is ready, you can direct your domain to your new site.

How can I upload my website?
You upload your website by simply uploading files using FTP to your file manager. All Business Hosting Plans come with a file manager enabling you to upload your files for your website. Microsoft FrontPage users can publish their own websites. Please let us know if your website is using Microsoft FrontPage so we can install the required protocols.

How much file transfer do I need for my website?
The Business Hosting Plan offers 2GB bandwidth which is fine for an average website. For a very busy website, you should upgrade to the Business Pro Plan which offers 5GB bandwidth.
