What is a Domain Name?
A Domain Name is your very own website address on the internet. Your customers will be able to find your website by typing your Domain Name. For example, www.gogiro.com will bring customers to the Gogiro Website.

How long is the Domain valid for?
With Gogiro, your domain is renewed every year. We will contact you 60 days before it expires to remind you to renew. Thus, it's extremely important to ensure that your contact email is always up to date and to notify us of any changes.

What is Web Hosting?
Web hosting is the process of storing and publishing your site on the internet. You require Web Hosting in order for others around the world to view your website on the world-wide-web.

How do I pay my bills?
We offer a convenient pre-authorized monthly payments or annual payments to best suit your needs.

How can I get my website registered with internet search engines like Google and Yahoo?

What are your Domain Name Servers (DNS)?
Once you're a Gogiro Web Hosting customer, you can login into your existing domain account to manage your domain name servers. These should be changed to our DNS servers;

Why do my domains outgoing mail server settings not work?
In some cases, customers may not be able to use the outgoing SMTP mail servers (mail.yourdomain.com) that are provided to them with their hosting account. Some Internet Service Provider's (ISP's) block all outgoing email if you aren't using their own SMTP servers. If this happens to you, you will have to use your ISP's outgoing mail servers for all of your email accounts. If you do not know your ISP's smtp server, please contact them directly.

How do I access my Webmail?
For Gogiro website customers to use webmail to check your email, simply add /webmail after your website address. Ex. www.yourwebsite.com/webmail

How do I login to my Website Control Panel?
You can either visit your Regional Office home page and login using the top toolbar, or simply add /cpanel after your website address. Ex. www.yourwebsite.com/cpanel
