| Gogiro is pleased to announce the first formalization steps with a group of potential Affiliates across the US. The group represents 4,500 retail locations primarily in the Retail Distribution and Computer industries. Initial discussions have been very positive, and there is a lot of potential for all parties to prosper. Discussions have lead to an agreement in principal to general terms and the signing of a Letter of Intent to create a Joint Marketing Agreement. The group represents over 4,500 retail locations that meet Gogiro’s targeted Retail Affiliate profile, and an estimated early targeted adoption rate could see up to 900 convert as Gogiro Affiliates by as early as 2011. All Retail Affiliate locations would be assigned to the nearest Gogiro Regional Office. |
